How long does shipping usually take?


Your order will be packed and processed within 2 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you and you can watch as it comes right to your doorstep! 


I want to come and visit your showroom/store, what is the address?

We don't have one at this stage and are only online. We are happy to arrange a free pick up address for collections of orders. As soon as we have an awesome showroom we will let you know! 


How do I find out about up and coming products?

Sign up to our newsletter, join our instagram feed or like our facebook page! these will be updated with what we are making day to day. 


I have a huge following online, will you send me free products to review?

We would love to work with you and your following however we do not send out samples for free. If you would like to get a coupon code exclusively for your viewers with a purchase from us, please get in contact and we would love to help! 


I want be one of your product testers! how do I get to be part of the process?

If you are based in Adelaide and want to write comprehensive reviews, blogs or feedback to our development team then we would love to hear from you. Please contact us with your background and skills and we will be in contact!

 I would love a particular product that you don't sell, where can I leave a recommendation request?

Please send us an email if you are looking for a one off gift we can give you a quote within three business days. We also just love hearing from you, if you had thoughts on new up and coming designs or suggestions and send us an email though, it may be featured as part of our next collection! 



I've mailed my package to the wrong address! Can you send a replacement?

I'm terribly sorry but, as business owners, there is no way for us to verify this claim. Please double check all information as it is filled in. It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to make sure your address is correct and if a mistake has been made, to notify us ASAP via the Contact Us page so we can change it on the shipping label if it hasn't been sent out from our store.
